About Kerry

On a Personal Level
Moving forward in my life, I decided to call Glenwood Springs my new home base, and have added the Roaring Fork Valley to my “territory” – at the same time I will continue to service “all of Summit County” and surrounding areas.  As an avid skier since childhood I’ll continue to hit the slopes or head out for snowshoeing on one of the abundant trails.
Summers bloom into an opportunity to hike, bike, sail or sit by a mountain stream or on the shores of Lake Dillon.  I am in awe of our unique and breathtaking scenery, winter and summer alike.

Summit County has also provided me with numerous opportunities to get involved in this community. I served as a Trustee on The Summit Foundation Board (8 years) and on the Board for the Lake Dillon Theater Board (15 years). One of my favorite volunteer opportunities was chairing “The Sunset at the Summit” Concert Series, a summer music concert series featuring live bands every Saturday evening – I enjoyed that function for 15 wonderful years at the Lake Dillon Amphitheater.
Additionally, I worked the the World Access Project teaching wheel chair sports all over the world.
YES…I am what one could consider “a spoiled brat” – and I am grateful for all the opportunities that have shown up in my life.

As Clients, you deserve a Realtor who is honest, knowledgeable, and aspires to exceed you expectations. Proud to have a business that is “referral heavy” thanks to you, my clients and fellow Realtors! I enjoy what I do for a living and hope that I will get to add you to my list of “clients for life”.

I aspire to provide you the service you deserve as you purchase your mountain home, whether it is a second home, an investment property, your legacy home that you enjoy for generations.
I aspire to share my experience and knowledge as a Realtor and make the home buying process as simple as possible and have “good ole fashioned fun” along the way.
